I had a fantastic stay with great value for my money; my room was modern and comfortable. The location was perfect, nestled on a quiet street yet close to restaurants, bars, and public transport, while the staff treated us with warmth and efficiency throughout our visit.
The breakfast could benefit from a wider variety of healthy options.

We had a fantastic stay at the Suisse! The room was clean and comfortable, great to rest well after a long day exploring. The location was great, just a short walk from the Medina. Although the internet was weak, I'd definitely recommend this hotel!

I had a rough stay-my son's room didn't even have a toilet seat! When I asked for help, the staff were rude and dismissive. It was frustrating to deal with such poor service while on vacation with kids.

I had a pretty solid stay! The staff were super friendly and helpful, especially when I needed help with transportation. The location is perfect, close to restaurants and a grocery store just around the corner. I also loved the breakfast service; it was a nice touch having it brought to my room instead of a buffet! But overall, the positives definitely outweighed the negatives!
My room was a bit smaller than expected and lacked a balcony, which was slightly disappointing. The linens had some stains too, and the occasional hallway noise was a bit annoying.

The location was fantastic, just a minute from the main street and a short walk to the medina. Although my initial room wasn't available, the upgrade to two double rooms worked out well. The rooftop terrace was a peaceful retreat, and despite a minor issue with breakfast variety, I really enjoyed my time here. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The location was ideal, situated in the heart of the city, making it easy to access nearby shops and restaurants. The staff were friendly and attentive, especially Miss Emna, who went above and beyond to assist with all my needs. I loved the breakfast service, which was a good experience, served directly at our table.

Great location near the Medina, making it easy to explore! The staff were friendly and always willing to help. The room was cozy, but the bathroom was a bit cramped. It would've been nice to have a personal hairdryer. A good stay with comfortable beds and tasty breakfast!
